These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RawPick website and marketplace (“RawPick”, “we”, “us”), which connects business buyers with Korean raw-material and finished-goods suppliers. By creating an account, submitting a buyer application, or submitting a Request for Quote (RFQ), you agree to these Terms.
RawPick is a business-to-business (B2B) wholesale marketplace intended for businesses sourcing raw materials or finished goods for commercial purposes — it is not intended for individual consumers.
You may create an account with an email address and password, or by signing in with Google. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.
Creating an account on its own does not make you a verified buyer — see Section 2.
RawPick uses a two-stage access model. Any signed-in account can browse the catalog, the weekly K-Chart, and the magazine.
To see wholesale pricing and submit a Request for Quote, you must submit a buyer application — company name, business registration number, contact details, business address, annual purchase volume, and, where applicable, supporting documents such as a business license — and be approved by our team.
Approval is at RawPick's sole discretion. We may request additional documents, decline an application, or revoke buyer status where information provided is false, incomplete, or where we reasonably suspect misuse. Approval typically takes about two business days, but no specific timeline is guaranteed.
Wholesale prices shown to verified buyers are indicative reference prices provided for planning purposes. They may change based on order volume, incoterms, destination, seasonality, or supplier updates.
A Request for Quote (RFQ) is a request for pricing and terms — submitting one is not an order and does not create a binding contract.
A quote or order becomes binding only once RawPick or the relevant supplier confirms specific price, quantity, and terms to you in writing (for example, by email or a signed proforma invoice or order confirmation).
You're responsible for reviewing and confirming incoterms, delivery destination, payment terms, and product specifications before confirming any order.

The RawPick name, logo, site design, and original content — including product copy, the weekly K-Chart, and magazine articles — belong to RawPick/PLUSTONIC or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without written permission. Supplier and brand names, product images, and specifications remain the property of their respective owners.
The site, catalog listings, and any documentation made available through it (such as specification sheets) are provided “as is” for reference. We work with suppliers to make certificates of analysis (CoA) and safety data sheets (MSDS) available where possible, but RawPick does not guarantee that any product is fit for a particular regulatory purpose in your destination market — see our Export Compliance page.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RawPick disclaims warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the site or any product information displayed on it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RawPick and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on indicative pricing, catalog information, or documents made available through it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision; continuing to use the site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable local law requires otherwise.
