This Privacy Policy explains what information RawPick collects when you use our site, why we collect it, where it's stored, who can see it, and how you can request access to or deletion of your data.
Buyer application: company name, country, business registration number, company website (optional), contact name, business email address, annual purchase volume range, business address, and — if you choose to upload them — your business license and import license documents.
Request for Quote (RFQ): company name, contact name, email address, the product and quantity you're inquiring about, incoterms, destination, requested delivery date, payment terms, target price, and any message you include.
Account information: if you create an account, your email address and password (handled by our authentication provider — we never see or store your password in plain text) or, if you sign in with Google, the email address Google shares with us.
We do not collect payment card details anywhere on this site, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Application, RFQ, and account data is stored in our database, hosted by Supabase on infrastructure in the Seoul region (AWS ap-northeast-2). The website itself is hosted on Vercel.
Uploaded business license and import license documents are stored in a private Supabase Storage bucket. That bucket is not publicly accessible — a file cannot be read or downloaded just by knowing its address.
Your application and RFQ data, and any documents you upload, are visible only to authorized RawPick staff reviewing your application, preparing a quote, or providing support. This is enforced technically, not just by policy: our document storage bucket's access rules only grant read access to admin accounts — never to the public or to other buyers.
We work with a small number of service providers to operate RawPick. We do not sell your information to third parties, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising purposes.
We keep buyer application, RFQ, and account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to operate the marketplace — for example, to maintain a record of past quotes and applications. If you ask us to delete your data, we will do so except where we're required to retain records for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention reasons.
You can ask us, at any time, to tell you what information we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, or delete your account, application, and uploaded documents. To do so, email rawpick.korea@gmail.com from the address associated with your account or application, and we'll respond as soon as we reasonably can.
We use only the essential cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember your language preference. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies.
RawPick is a business-to-business platform. It is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, individuals under 18.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest revision.
