You are responsible for confirming that any product you source through RawPick can be legally imported into, and sold or used in, your destination country — including any cosmetic, food-contact, or ingredient-specific regulations that apply there. Verified-buyer status on RawPick is not legal or regulatory advice, and does not guarantee that a given product is approved for any particular market.
Where available, product listings show an HS (Harmonized System) code and supporting documents such as a Certificate of Analysis (CoA), Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), and Technical Data Sheet (TDS). These are provided for reference to support your own customs classification and import filings.
Always confirm the correct HS code and any additional documentation your destination country's customs authority requires (for example, a Certificate of Free Sale) — classification and requirements can vary by jurisdiction and by product formulation.
RawPick does not knowingly transact with, or facilitate trade for, individuals, companies, or countries subject to applicable trade sanctions or restricted- or denied-party lists. We may decline or cancel a buyer application, RFQ, or order where we reasonably believe it would violate sanctions, export-control, or anti-money-laundering law.
Some cosmetic and raw-material ingredients permitted in Korea face restrictions, additional labeling requirements, or outright bans in other markets. Checking destination-specific ingredient restrictions — for example, restricted-substance lists maintained by your local cosmetics or food-safety regulator — before importing is your responsibility.
Our team can help prepare the documentation suppliers make available (CoA, MSDS, TDS, HS codes) as part of the quoting process, but final responsibility for import compliance in your destination market rests with you as the importer of record.
